Just wanted to share: Spaces in the kids yoga class for 6-10 years olds at the Joe Farmer Rec Center are still available. The class meets Tuesdays, 5:00pm – 6:00pm, between Sep 17, 2019 to Oct 15, 2019. You can register here: Session 2

About to start the second week of kids yoga classes at Joe Farmer Rec Center. This is such a lovely space to share the practice of yoga with our young yogis. Come and join us, if you’d like.

Just wanted to share the beautiful flyer that the City of Allen has created for the classes I will be teaching at the Joe Farmer Rec Center. If you are interested, you can sign up for these classes online:
a) Tuesdays, 5:00pm – 6:00pm. Yoga for Children (age 6-10 years).
b) Fridays, 10:00am – 10:45am. Parent and Me Yoga (age 18 months - 5 years).

Fun morning in Allen, TX

I had such a fun morning teaching a free “Yoga for Kids” class at the Joe Farmer Rec Center today. There was so much energy and excitement! Thank you to all that came today -- I hope you had a good time.
