Fun morning in Allen, TX

I had such a fun morning teaching a free “Yoga for Kids” class at the Joe Farmer Rec Center today. There was so much energy and excitement! Thank you to all that came today -- I hope you had a good time.

- Tuesdays, 5:00pm – 6:00pm. Yoga for Children (age 6-10 years). Registration through the City of Allen. Classes start August 27.
- Fridays, 10:00am – 10:45am. Parent and Me Yoga (age 18 months - 5 years). Registration also through the City of Allen. Classes start August 30.
